Have you ever wondered if you can can in your garage on a camp stove? Yes, you CAN! We picked out hundreds of beans and we probably have another round out there ready to go. We set up our makeshift canning station in the garage and away we went. Eric bought ghost chiles so that in six weeks he can punish his body and likely our toilet when he opens the deadly dillies and check's out what his spice tolerance level really is. We made a plain jar, a jalapeno jar, and a crushed red jar too. Just another old lady hobby to add to the list.
