Here's what it looks like.

Here is a picture of the place. We went over today and fixed up some things. We put in GFI outlets where they were needed. Our wiring is pretty scary, but it will be updated once we close. We also fixed the bathroon sink, and put in a smoke detector for each level. The new furnace is in with all new vents. It looks awesome! I will put up some furnace demo pictures soon. Also, Eric had a meeting yesterday with the company who has been looking to hire him for retirement and invesments. He got an official job offer and will be working for Thrivent Financial starting soon.
