I started cleaning out the garden last weekend and had really forgotten about all the carrot's I had planted. I knew they were in there but hadn't checked their size for awhile. Lo and behold we had a good crop of rainbow carrots. I don't know if we are going to do carrots again next year as they take a long time to grow and don't keep producing, but it was fun to pick em and see all the colors.
